Hatter's Farm - Pick Your Own Pumpkin
Our Maize Maze is spread over 4 acres and is full of all sorts of twists and turns to keep you entertained!
There will also be a mini game to play. See if you can find all the letters to make a Hallowe'en related word! You will then get the chance to enter one of our competitions.
The entry to the Maize Maze is £2.50 per person (0-3 yr olds / non-walkers go free) and will be open all day from 10am-4pm
We are very excited to announce that we are the first attraction in the UK to have our very own pumpkin cannon!
So come on down and pay as you go to fire pumpkins at our Hallowe'en target range! (Please note under 13s must be accompanied by an adult, and under 6s will not be allowed to fire the cannon).
We also have our very own nature trail for you to enjoy for free.
So if you are needing to burn off even more energy then come and enjoy our wonderful countryside.
When are you open? Our Pick Your Own Pumpkin field will be open from 10am-4pm on every weekend of October plus half-term (26th Oct - 31st Oct).
How much does it cost?
Entry to Hatter's Farm is free of charge.
Pumpkins and squash will vary in price from £1 for our smallest up to £12 for our whoppers!
Bonus activities cost a small amount more: the Maize Maze is £2.50 per person and the pumpkin cannon is £2.50 a shot or 3 for £7.
Who can come? The whole family is more than welcome! On top of pumpkin picking, there are plenty of activities for children, from the Maize Maze to the pumpkin cannon. Sadly, dogs are unable to come to Hatter's Farm due to Health and Safety.
Please remember that in accordance with the government coronavirus guidelines, you are only able to visit in a group of up to 6 (unless you are visiting as a household or support bubble which is larger than 6).
Do I need to book to come to Hatter's Farm? Booking is now essential. Tickets cost £3 per car plus a small booking fee. When you purchase your pumpkins, we will refund the £3 by deducting it from the price of your pumpkins. There is no time restriction as to how long you would like to stay at Hatter's Farm! Can we pay by card? Yes, we accept both card and cash payments. We would encourage card payment wherever possible in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Are there toilets? Unfortunately, we are unable to provide toilet facilities on site.
Will it be muddy? This all depends on the weather. We would strongly advise that everyone wears wellies or shoes that you don't mind getting muddy!
Is the site accessible? We apologise but as the venue is an open field and open to the elements, access may be difficult for people with disabilities.
Is there car parking? Parking will be available in the field car park. If you are concerned about the conditions we would advise checking the weather.
Can we bring our own food? Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a picnic along to enjoy! There will also be a food truck available!
This year we will be giving away 50 free pumpkins!
